EDUCATION CHANGES THE WORLD
Our mission is to inspire and mobilize kids to use their gifts and talents to help other kids go to school.
Right now there are just over two billion kids on the planet. It’s estimated that about a billion of them – 1 out of 2 – are in poverty and millions of them do not have the ability to go to school. Getting a basic education is one of the most powerful tools we can give a child to thrive in this world and break family cycles of poverty. We believe every child should have the chance to go to school and we are on a mission to help as many as possible have that chance.
As of now, we work primarily in Kenya, Africa.
kenya Kids
When JamQuest started in 2008, we partnered with HOPE worldwide Kenya. Since then, we have developed an amazing partnership. They identify bright and needy children who do not have the ability to pay for school. Many of these students come from single parent households or situations that have made it challenging to come up with school fees.
HOPEww Kenya finds these students and JamQuest gives them the funds. They have several mentorship events every year, and have annual progress supports of how they are doing in school.
